Photograph the light rays need to pay more patient and attentive. Sometime need to wait whole day and not even get one perfect light ray photo. Nowadays, the technology of the photo editing software are easy to make it, but it’s not as good as the god makes it. The natural was huge and amazing, stand in front of natural human just look too small.

The light rays always appear from the cloud and somewhere dark with some hole to lead the sunlight come inside.  Sometime it can found in the forest on the morning. The sunlight goes through the fog in the forest become light ray. In the atmosphere with some of the fog, dusk, or moisture in the air, the sun rays will be more appearance.

Every time I have outdoor photo shooting, I will pay attention to the cloud. It always appear in the dynamic cloud, but will disappear very soon. If you are not ready then only wait for the next. I have been missing many beautiful screen, then only get a few of them, it’s not easy to take it.

Knowledge

Crepuscular rays also known as sunbeamsLight rays or God rays. In atmospheric optics, are rays of sunlight that appear to radiate from the point in the sky where the sun is located. These rays, which stream through gaps in clouds or between other objects. It’s columns of sunlit air separated by darker cloud-shadowed regions. Despite seeming to converge at a point, the rays are in fact near-parallel shafts of sunlight. Their apparent convergence is a perspective effect (similar, for example, to the way that parallel railway lines seem to converge at a point in the distance).

The name comes from their frequent occurrences during twilight hours (those around dawn and dusk), when the contrasts between light and dark are the most obvious. Crepuscular comes from the Latin word “crepusculum”, meaning twilight.
